Nothing breaks. Your projects, documents and history stay exactly where they are. You simply cannot activate a fourth project until you complete or pause one, or upgrade to Plus, which removes the limit.
Nothing is deleted. Your projects, clients and documents stay where they are, and projects already active stay active. You simply cannot activate a new one while you are above the free limit, and documents you generate from then on carry the watermark again. Documents already sent stay exactly as they were sent.
Yes. Both monthly and annual plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the period you paid for. Your data remains yours, on the free plan.
